What can I say? How can you NOT like this picture?

What makes these Belgian? To me the difference is the shape...here they are rectangles., not a circle or square. Maybe there is a slight difference in the batter, but nothing too recognizable. There IS one difference...here you don't eat wafels for breakfast. They are a dessert...
*Edit* I am not sure about the price...if I remember right, it's about 2 euro for a plain one or with just sugar and up to like 5 with all the toppings. It also depends if you order it at a restaurant or from a literal hole-in-the-wall or street vendor.
These look Very tempting...maybe it's good that I don't live there!!! How much do they cost?!

ReplyDeleteHere they make them in flower shaps so each section is a little heart! So cute! And they smear jelly all over it. Also yummy but those look amazing!!
