It Never Hurts To Ask!

I had a late payment fee on my AMEX card. I normally am always on top of things, but I just was not this month, so I emailed them saying I am busy with a newborn and overlooked my payment, if they could please reduce or remove the charge. Check out this email that did put a smile on my face!
