I reached my goal weight in June, but knew with vacation and visitors it was going to be hard to maintain. Come middle of September I was back up 6 pounds. I got serious the last week of September. At the slow, but steady pace of around a pound/week, I reached my goal again today! I still want to lose a few more to get to my final goal, but at this weight, all those clothes I couldn't wear last fall should FIT! I have a better feeling this time about reaching the goal. We
are going to Israel in a few weeks, but I figure we will be walking lots and it is a different trip than just sitting and eating.

I happened to put on a skirt I knew we took photos in 2 years ago, so I thought to check what I weighed then. I was half a pound more. So here are the 'then' photo and 2 'now'.
