Who is next?

Last time I posted that I wondered who my next visitor would be, we had someone a few weeks later. After he left, I wondered the same thing...

When I called January 31st to wish my friend a happy birthday, she said she might come visit me. I have heard this for 4 years now, but this time it was serious. Oooh, I was excited. I made a list of what I wanted her to bring and planned to finish up a few photobooks to ship to her. What fun!

She arrived Wednesday, March 20th. It was a pretty laid back visit as far as my tour guiding skills go, but we had a lovely time together. I think visits like this are why I often have confusing dreams. I have dreams of people from 'there' here and people 'here' are over 'there.' I then wake up sad that it is just a dream...one day we will all be together! "What a day of rejoicing that will be."

This was my candy, eat junk food, stay up late, watch movies, read books together buddy. Well, we did all of those things again! Unfortunately she choose to come in the week with quite possible the worst weather ever, so we were inside most of the time. We did Gent and Brugge, so the important things :) I am waiting for her to email a photo or something to put up, since I didn't take any.

I also discovered how hard it is to set up Instagram if you don't have the right device! She has Instagram, so I wanted it (especially since she committed social suicide aka deleted her FB), but it is proving very hard. I need to convince hubby to let me use his new phone for a bit, so I can try it there...
