Here is our upcoming rental! This will probably be the closest move of my life. We found this place a minute away from where we live, which is perfect, because we really like where we are. It is also 200 meters from my brother and sister-in-law. Convenient, huh?
We would like to buy, but haven't found what we want and aren't ready to build yet, so this is a PERFECT solution for right now. It is a good price, has 3 rooms a yard, garage, attic and is only 6 years old. I think we are going to be very happy there. Not that we aren't happy here, but I sometimes feel frustrated that we don't have enough space. Kids have a lot of things! The yard is also going to be a huge plus point. Many times I want Mateo to be able to play outside while I work inside, but that is never an option. I always have to be outside with him and we have to walk or drive somewhere and then to get him to come home is a fight.
It is free August 1st, so sometime around then we will move. I am already thinking of where we will put things, what we can get rid of, what we need to buy, lalalala, but then I tell myself to just calm down and not think about it. We still have 2 months :)
looks perfect!! very happy for you guys. So you're moving from an appt to a house?! the yard alone is going to be worth it eh?! haha. I hear you with being outside all the time and coming back inside being a fight! boys love being outside! looking forward to your updates when you move in :]
