I love ice cream, but know it is not the greatest for my diet, so someone told me about ice cream that isn't really ice cream. I tried it yesterday and am eating it right now and am so pleased with the results. It was really easy and did not require many ingredients! I added 1 Splenda and substituted some vanilla quark for some yogurt, because I did not have enough.
Ingredients
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Place bananas, yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon into a blender. Puree until smooth, then pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze until nearly solid, then scrape back into blender, and puree again until smooth. Return to freezer, and freeze until solid
