Success-Carrot Soup

I thought I had a good carrot soup recipe until I doctored it up even more. Too bad I didn't write down the quantities. Hence, the idea for these posts. Only I need to post them ASAP, so I don't lose the important details.

Carrots, onions, potatos, ginger, paprika, bell pepper, 'smeerkaas' (cream cheese)
