Back in Belgium

We safely arrived last night. It was actually in the afternoon, but we went directly to my nephew's birthday party. Most of the immediate family was there, so we could say hi, plus have some distraction to stay awake. Mateo fell asleep in the car, so he slept from 5:30-9:00. I fell asleep at 7:00 and I don't know when hubby fell asleep. Mateo woke me up and we were up from 9:00-11:00. Sort of awake. I kept dozing and he was either crying or climbing on me. I finally brought him downstairs to play, eat and look at photos. He kept pointing that he wanted to go out and he then went to the door to go out. I think he was looking for Grandma or something. I showed him pictures of my family and he got happy again. It was so cute! We look at 4 or 5 photo books, then I took him to bed with me. He was still crying some in his sleep and moving all over, but at least sleeping! I got tired of him kicking me, so at 4:15 I put him back in his bed and tried to sleep again, but could not. It has been a productive last 3 hours! I can't imagine our next journey overseas. 2 kids is not only an extra child, but extra luggage! We barely made it from the train to the car. How can they not have luggage carts?!? OH, well. It is over, I survived. Somehow. Here are a few photos of Philip's wedding.
