When you're logged into Blogger, go to the Layout tab, and you should see on the right, probably, an "Add a Gadget" link. I checked it but don't see the one you're talking about but maybe it was a special one, or one you added specifically from somewhere else?
Did you add it yourself or did it come with your template you had before? I see you got a cool new one, although it shows me as from MV, not my actual location, so when you see MV know it's me. :) Here's a link to what I think you had before: http://feedjit.com/join/
